  • Card will be dispatched within 15 days of receipt of your application.
  • EA Water needs to be intimidated 15 days in advance about the people attending the respective Conference, SemEx or Training Workshop.
  • The delegate needs to physically present the card at the time of attending the Conference, SemEx or Training Workshop.
  • In case the card is lost or damaged, duplicate card will be issued at a nominal charge of Rs.100.
  • For Corporate Cards, employees of regional branch offices can attend the Conference, SemEx or Training in any part of the country.
  • For Card issued in the name of individuals, no other person can attend the Conference, SemEx or Training Workshop as a substitute of the person in whose name the card is issued.
  • Cards once issued cannot be cancelled / redeemed or exchanged for any other product.
  • Please quote your Card number in all your correspondence.
  • A quarterly statement would be emailed to you stating the offers you have availed and the balance remaining.
