Experience: 3-5 years
Compensation Package: 4 to 6 L per annum fixed plus performance based variable incentive
Preferred Industry: Event and Exhibition industry, media & publication house, conference & sponsorship etc.
Skill Set/Competence required: Sales, business development, excellent communication skills, positive attitude, highly ambitious & sincere. The knowledge of water treatment industry is though not necessary, but an added advantage.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Business development through cold calling, meetings & references.
2. Understanding the customer requirements and accordingly, submitting the proposals.
3. Responsible for achieving the monthly and yearly individual targets
4. Updating reporting head on sales and other activities on a daily & monthly basis, preparing the required MIS
5. Maintaining and developing cordial relationships with the existing customers and providing solutions to their queries and complaints.
6. Obtaining customer’s feedback and presenting it to the management for the necessary action/improvement.
7. Representing the company at trade exhibitions, demonstrations and events.
8. Need to travel to meet customers & identify growth opportunities with existing & new customers for existing & new products, areas & applications
